Kat is a registered psychologist with a background working with children and women with trauma and chronic pain.  Kat has a person-centred trauma informed and holistic approach to psychology and believes in empowering the individual to enhance their wellbeing.

Children

Kat works with children from the age of 8+.  She uses a holistic and flexible, approach to therapy, making sure every child feels seen, valued, and supported to reach their full potential.  Understanding that children exist within a village Kat collaborates with parents, educators, and other professionals to create personalised strategies that help children.  Empathy and authenticity are key components of therapy and Kat utilises play, creativity and laughter to ensure that therapy is engaging and meaningful.

Adults

Kat is passionate about guiding individuals through life’s challenges, supporting them through living well with pain, healing trauma, and enhancing their well-being. She creates a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow and create lasting, positive change.
