Kat enjoys working with a diverse range of clients and has over 5 years of experience supporting women and children. She has a particular interest in working with clients experiencing chronic pain, fears, phobias, and those needing educational support. Kat is passionate about providing client-centred, trauma-informed, affirmative, and inclusive care.
Kat is a provisional psychologist in her final year, she is trained in CBT, guided relaxation, meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, regulation techniques, cognitive assessments, and research and training in persistent pelvic pain.

Clinical Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a gentle, effective tool to support lasting physical and psychological wellbeing. During hypnosis, you remain fully in control and aware at all times. My role is to guide and facilitate the process, helping you enhance the way you think, feel, and act.
Hypnosis has been shown to be as effective as the FODMAP diet for IBS and can also support chronic pain management and other health conditions.

What to Expect in a Clinical Hypnosis Program:
Pre-hypnosis appointment: Discussion of goals, detailed history, and planning of the number of sessions needed.
Hypnosis session: 45–60 minutes, with a follow-up recording provided for home use.
Subsequent sessions: Scheduled as required to support your goals.
No referral is needed for counselling or clinical hypnotherapy sessions
