Hi, I’m Rachel, a registered psychologist with a passion for helping adults feel more grounded and supported through life’s challenges.

I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for help, especially when you’ve been holding things together for a long time. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can pause, feel heard, and begin to make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, a space where you can find stability and regain your footing.

I work with adults and focus on childhood experiences that have shaped the way you see yourself and the world and how that impacts your day to day experiences. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. Using trauma-informed care, EMDR therapy, and evidence-based methods, I help clients process difficult experiences, strengthen emotional regulation, and build self-awareness, resilience, and a sense of inner steadiness.

My aim is to help you feel understood, empowered, and anchored in yourself, so you can navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Psychology (Honours)

Therapies: I mainly use EMDR therapy as it is one of the most effective therapies to address a whole range of life's challenges however I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders and more.
